"Beware!!! I placed an order and paid with paypal and soon received an email stating that due to problems with the ordering my information was lost. I replied with the order information and got a reply on Feb 9th stating that within 10 days the problem would be resolved. I have sent 2 more emails asking the status and have not received a response. I would not advise purchasing anything from this online store."

"BEWARE of this store! Ordered 01-16-08 & initially took many emails from me to get a reply that they even received my order. Should have been my first clue! They push you to order using Google check-out (telling you that you get a 5% discount by doing so) which I signed up for. Am glad I did so now because I have a detailed log through that as to my many attempts at contacting them. However when I couldn't get any answer from them via Google Check-Out, I did try to contact them via phone number on their website, AND through 3 different emails listed on their website. I was told on 01-18-08 that my order was sent, via email but with no tracking number. I waited 11 days (01-28-08) & contacted them to try & obtain a status on my order. They have online chat & I was told then it HAD been shipped out & I would get a tracking number in 2 days (Monday). Took me ANOTHER 3 days to finally get a reply stating "Oops your order was mishandle, sorry, NOW it is on the way". I received that email on 01-30-08, after my repeatedly trying to contact them 3 days in a row, many different ways! I replied to that email, immediately, with a JUST CANCEL THIS ORDER....no response! Tried for 2-3 more days to get a reply from them with NO response. This entire mess could have easily been avoided if their customer service WORKED! They were very "oh well" about the fact I had been waiting at that point 16 days for an order that (once sent) should have arrived in 4 days. I REPEATEDLY tried to get an answer from this company as to how to handle arrival of this package, if it really did show up; with, again, no response at all. Therefore, under advisement of the UPS driver, I refused shipment of the order. It arrived back to their company 2 days later, verified by UPS as to the arrival date, where it arrived & who accepted the package. I have tried many times since to get a reply on a refund, with only ONE response. That one response was that I needed to provide THEM with the tracking number because I should not have refused the package. They said rather that I should have accepted the shipment & had them give me some number to return it to yet another return address somewhere ELSE! AGAIN they reply exactly & ONLY when they want to; could have been avoided if they responded to contacts made. Now here it is, 02-19-08 & I have STILL not received a refund NOR can I get a response from them AT ALL! Took them no time to take my $50, taken me many emails & lots of stress with STILL no refund. I got one email stating that they apologized for some confusion that was a total mix up through Google check-out, which I can understand. HOWEVER, even after that (when things were all straightened out) they still do not hande their business well. They should have refunded my money ASAP when proof was received that THEIR company recieved the order BACK. That was days ago already now & I have STILL not received any refund. I am LIVID with this company & their totally unacceptable ways of doing business! TOTAL HASSLE all the way around! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

UPDATE: Now some 40+ days after ordering & trying to get a refund on this item, and sending 21 emails (3 of which is all I received an answer on), I have YET to get a refund! From original order 01-16-08 to date 02-26-08, no responses & no refund! BEWARE!!!!!

UPDATE: Apparently this scum business has shut done! Their website no longer exists. BBB in Charlotte can't get a response, nor can Visa. I am LIVID!!!
