"Don't walk away from PriceRock, RUN as fast as you can. This company is nothing more than a scam/fraud company. First RED FLAG, PriceRock charged my credit card as soon as I placed my order on day one. Nobody charges your credit card until the item has shipped.This was 2/06/24. On 2/13/24 e-mailed PriceRock twice wanting to cancel my order and asked for a refund since the item had never shipped and it was past the arrival date. They never responded. 2/14/24 they emailed me that the item had shipped, which was a lie. All they did was generate a UPS shipping label and a tracking number. 2/15/24 PriceRock called me wanting to know why I was upset. At this point in time they still have not shipped the item. UPS confirmed they received a shipping label but never received the package. I told PriceRockI had opened a Fraud case with my credit card company . They asked if I still wanted my item and I asked if I would cancel will you refund my money? They said no, you can just get it back from my credit card company. THEY NEVER SHIPPED ITEM. RUN RUN RUN"

"I purchased a 24" rose gold chain for my wife. They shipped me a 19 1/2" chain which is not what i ordered. They told me to send it back and they would correct it after they verified the mistake. It cost me $48.18 to return the chain (Which they screwed up the order in the first place) They agreed to refund me my shipping cost, and send me the correct chain once verified. 2 week later, i had to contact them because i heard nothing from them. They responded that they just processed the return and i would receive a full refund for my purchase. (What happened to getting the correct chain?) Anyway, they said it would take a few days for the refund.
11 days later i contacted them again and there response was..sorry, we dropped the ball on this one and it will be refunded today.
I receive my refund that day and they subtracted the return shipping cost from my refund. This cost was caused from their error in the shipping department and so now im out my chain and $48.18 in return shipping that they agreed to take care of. This has been the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I havent had one person there that can do what they say they are goiong to do. I very highly recommend that you find someone else for your jewelry needs"
