"Item that was shipped was exactly as advertised on eBay. Numerous e-mails requesting the status of the item went unanswered even though they advertise "excellent customer support". I rec'd the item almost 2 weeks after it was paid for even though they advertise "more than 15 warehouses located across the U.S." which they ship orders from. I left "Neutral" feedback for them on eBay because of the unanswered e-mails and slow shipping. They then proceeded to leave retalitory "Negative" for me stating that I had left them "Negative" feedback stating "Buyer gave negative feedback. We think it was unnecessary." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Check out the other feedback."
