I made the order then waited 14 days thinking thats how long shipment takes. Only to find out after I contacted them, that the item was out of stock and they should have let me know but appologised for the mistake.

I ordered cycle gear for a race I was doing, and left 1 month from the order date till the event. Its now 2 months later and apparently my order has been shipped, and they attempted delievery. Well the delivery address is my office, I work there 5 days a week, and have not been on holiday, so I am thinking "where did they attempt to order the shipment to?".

Don't order form this site. I have sent a complaint, but I dont expect much from them. I will never order from them again. You could probably get a flight to China and buy the stuff yourself for a quicker service, and you get a holiday out of it too :-)"

It might seem like a decent place to get inexpensive items, but they are not even worth the low price they are advertised as.

After about a week of ordering, we received an email saying that one of the items was out of stock. That was unfortunate, but things like that happen. We were offered store credit, or we could choose a different item to replace it with, which we did.

Today, about three weeks after ordering, we received the order. And we are ... extremely unhappy, to say the least.

One of the items ordered was the wrong color. Not sure how people could mix up green and purple, but I guess receiving the wrong items seems like a common experience when ordering from this website.

The other item (a purse) looked about right when we first took it out of the envelope. But surprise, it was far from it.

The quality of the purse was pathetic, "disgustingly bad" so to speak. The zipper in the opening of the purse is only sewn on halfway, and hangs down on either end. The snaps that are supposed to keep the purse shut on the sides open the second you close them. And one of the straps was already broken when we received it. Only 3 of the 4 studs on the bottom that are supposed to protect the bottom of the purse were the same, the 4th one was a completely different design.

Of course, the only refund they offer is store credit. Which means that it really doesn't matter if you're satisfied with the purchase or not - As they don't give you your money back either way.

I repeat, DO NOT order from this website. I am going to stop short of calling it a scam, I am that disappointed."

"i ordered an inception top from this website because i was under the impression that the product that they advertise was what they actually send you. i am sure everyone buys from a website under this same impression. well, i was wrong.

the product i received was not the same size, color, or shape of the product that is pictured on their website. the size was larger, the color was off, and the shape was not accurate to the picture.

in response, i emailed them about this issue and in return they said that the measurements on the product page were correct and i confirm that. however, the picture that they advertised was not accurate to what i received. they somehow, in their own minds, justified that, since the measurements were correct, it was all right to advertise a false image of their products.

i took pictures with my dslr camera to show them with high quality pictures, the differences. Again, however, they somehow in their "high on crack" minds, did not admit that there was a difference

this website falsely advertised this product so be forewarned that this may not be the only product they advertise and sell. their customer service sucks horse crap.
