This is a quick review of service and why I would truly rate this a 2.5 star experience. The savings were good for OEM parts and the free shipping is a bonus (if you spent the $100) but I found my self having to shop for more PM items that I wont need until the future. However, I live in Indianapolis and called my local TOM WOOD Lexus for the help on finding the part I needed. The Parts Dept and the Tech were awesome help and are the reason I was able to get good service, the fact I couldn't bring my local dealer this business was not satisfying as they were the ones to help. With the push of online shopping you have lowered pricing to push for this initiative but this comes with not having to pay parts dept people. Great but when shopping online you are competing with all aftermarket parts as well declining your overall sales. If local dealers could match these prices and just place fulfilment orders this would make your customers a lot happier. Also even willing to pay the extra shipping costs with the online pricing. I shop here when I absolutely need to not always. You would make more customers buy OEM by changing this practice and keeping parts dept people employed. "
