"The online store is VERY easy to navigate and products are simple to locate. Prices are average for remanufactured cartridges. Make NO mistake, these cartridges are remanufactured. their Warranty is lifetime.
However, customer service is lousy and I have never been more frustrated with a returns process in my life! getting the RMA was a snap, ship the product back and they wait three weeks to process my refund. I still haven't received it yet. This was for a DOA cartridge. It was reassembled poorly, the ink sponge was sticking out and got yellow ink all over my hand, the printer didn't recognize the cartridge as full and it wouldn't print even one speck of any color. I will NEVER do business with this company again."
