"I did business with this site as "Volvo Parts Warehouse (Powered by premier Watertown, http://www.volvopartswarehouse.com). Do not deal with them online unless you are 100% sure you know the exact part you need and you are willing to take a big risk. Ordered online, provided VIN #, but the part was one of two necessary pieces needed to complete the assembly of a bike carrier. They sent the first piece immediately. When I ordered the second part, they did NOT tell me it was out of stock; they took my money and didn't send it for three weeks; ignored my emails and web forms. Then refused to accept a return for the first (now useless) piece. Another online dealer was honest enough to tell me up front that the part is no longer manufactured; this web site pretended that they have it available and then refused to refund me. NOT a good way to run an online business. Buyer beware."
