"I created 2 photobooks for 2 lovely teachers and felt horrible to get to the end of the school year empty handed. Don´t waste your time creating this books. I spent hours on the creating process and then hours on the phone and email only to be ignored. "

"I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. I made a photobook and calendar and submitted it to this company on April 4 to be published. This is now the middle of June and I have made many attempts to contact the company to see when to expect delivery - never an answer. Finally I received an e-mail (June 6) apologizing for the delay and telling me if I responded a customer representative would get back to me within 48 hours. To date following many other inquiries - no one has contacted me. If my photobook is not going to be done, I would like to know and if it is, when. "

"I bought a coupon from Premier photo book and placed an order of 1 book 2 copies on February 2nd. Still waiting for my order. In the status on them site it is indicated "Send to fulfillment to the lab". Voice mail if full. I reached them once and they told me the order will shipped to me in a week. A month past thru since that. What a horrible service. Don't place any orders with them. Looks like a scam."

"I purchased three photo book vouchers back in November. It took several weeks to get the voucher numbers so that I could actually start making the books on their website. I placed the order December 27. Like everyone else, my emails were ignored and I was only able to get them on the phone once. They finally made and shipped one book. They were all the same, so I don't know why they weren't done at the same time. That book, like the others was a Christmas present and it arrived in March. Several weeks ago, I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB if they didn't take care of my order soon. I got an email saying the other two orders were processed and would be shipped in 5 business days. That was three weeks ago!! I emailed again inquiring about my orders. I did get a reply back (which is RARE) that said "your order will ship soon". That was 5 days ago. It has been nearly 5 months since I purchased the books and nearly 4 months since I submitted the orders. I had planned, like most, to make them for Christmas presents (family tradition). I am getting emails/spam from them so, they are still trying to get more orders. Worst company ever. "

"I ordered four photo books on January 2, 1013. I ordered two copies each of two different books . I have emailed and called several times to check on their status. The last time I spoke to someone in early February, they said they were behind from the holidays and one of the printers broke down, but it would be two to three weeks. it is now April 2nd. save your money"

"I ordered 2 albums back in early December. They did arrive eventually about exactly 2 months after I ordered them. They did and do still have the best voucher deal for 20 page 8.5 x 11 books (see Myrussiandeal.com and thats if you only need 20 pages!) However I too wondered if i was ever going to get my books, and was very dissapointed that they arrived long after the holidays. The Quality of the books is decent, although could be better. I ordered from Photobin weeks later and still got my order long before the premier photo one (although quality wasnt that impressive) .. also just placed a 5 photo book order from Winkflash and they printed and shipped it within 24 hours! I would imagine production times will eventually return to normal, but unless you don't mind waiting a long time I would order from someone else!"

"HORRIBLE! My order was placed on December 4th, 2 months later- still nothing! I have called and e-mailed multiple times and they will not even contact me back. Horrible customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Stick with Shutterfly or Snapfish, they are MUCH MUCH better!"

"OMG...this company is horrible. I am stuck just like everyone else in these reviews. Ordered Dec. 6 and now 2 months later still haven't received my photobooks. They did not even respond to my 2 emails and when I called today the rep was rude. He said that my order will be updated by email within 2-4 days! What does that mean?? Then he just hung up. Never again will I order from these guys!!
UPDATE: Here it is June 12 2013 and still no photobooks. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They did what they could but I still haven't receive the books. I received an email saying the books are printed and will be mailed in 5 to 7 days. That was over a month ago!! Still waiting.

"I placed my order in November 2012 and still haven't gotten my books. I have spoken with David and Marisa from the company about this order 6 times and they always say it will be shipped out tomorrow. This is the worst company ever. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service sucks and they don't give a crap that they stole your money and you never get your order."

"I called twice and emailed twice to inquire about the status of my order since I ordered 4 calendars back in the middle of December. They were to be a gifts for Christmas. It is almost February and they have not arrived. My recipients have now lost more than a whole month to enjoy them. I am upset that this time has passed without much update. I was just telling a rep over the phone how disappointed I've been and that I won't order from the company again, and he quite literally hung up on me while I was talking, on purpose. I wasn't rude or loud, he just said sorry and hung up. This is so unprofessional. I called back again and he claimed how he thought I was done talking. I think the client should always end the conversation. For this and the huge inconvenience I am requesting some sort of compensation because they can't deliver what they promise. I normally order from Vistaprint and they arrive before the expected time not 2 months late. Printer fire or not, and christmas rush - a company should be able to find a way to handle the order load. I will NEVER refer anyone or order from this company again. I've even encouraged them by email to impress me by responding in a timely manner, I'm still waiting. What crappy service, I don't know how anyone stays in business like this."

"Horrible, horrible company! I ordered from them on November 26th using a voucher that promised delivery before Christmas. It is now January 8th and I just received a shipping confirmation. I tried multiple times over the month of December to contact them via both phone and email with zero replies. All negative feedback on their Facebook pages is being deleted to hide the mass outcry over their lack of customer service. A few days before Christmas, they sent out a mass email basically blaming their customers for placing to many orders, stating that all orders would be fulfilled before the New Year (of course, another promise that they could not keep). Avoid these crooks!"
