I placed a second order noting that I would pay the increased shipping. Order verification was sent. The website order summary showed the increased shipping cost. I watched the website for 10 days as it continued to show order was pending. After 10 days I emailed and received a response that because of shipping cost error and item being out of stock, they had cancelled my order."
