"DO NOT buy from Anthony Malloy (owner) and Precizzion Krome!

I placed an order for parts through precizzionkrome.com. I was charged for them as soon as the order was placed (not shipped). I never received the order.

I called the contact phone numbers on the website but they are all out of service.

I used the contact form on the website and sent an e-mail to ****@**** to inquire about my order and never received a response.

Precizzion Krome has a Better Business Bureau rating of "F"

I am sorry for you getting the run around. I have searched in our system
and was unable to locate a vendor by this name. I do not think that at this time, we can be of any assistance for your issue.

Please note though that in their links they claim to deal with Tucker Rocky - funny that they can't locate a supplier by the name of Precizzion Krome??

Response I received from Rumble Imports on 7/15 when asked if they supplied this part to precizzion krome:
Robin,
I am very sorry to hear that you are having troubles with this company.
As of last month, Rumble Import and Rascal Grafik have separated companies, I still have the files on hand, and after review we have never sent an item direct to you at the location you have mentioned.
Rumble now only sells the products through Tucker Rocky for the USA, and we have discontinued undertails since last year. We had a few in liquidation but the last shipment we made to that client was back in January 2010.
I hope that you can do something about this mater, if further assistance is required, please feel free to contact me

I have forwarded all of these e-mails and many others to Anthony Malloy, the owner, and have got no response. I found his personal e-mail address, his work e-mail address, and all of the other e-mail addresses that are linked to this company - I have also forwarded all of these e-mails to those addresses with no reponse. Seems to me this company is out to take money from their customers.

As of today they have not responded to the better business bureau or the fraud claim from my bank. I am probably out $231.00. This is a crap lesson to learn - but I will never make the mistake again of ordering from this company. I will be sure that any where that offers a customer review of this company will have a review from me.

I have done my due diligence trying to track this down on my own while all the while I was promised a call back - I never got one that supplied me with any information. The one tracking number they gave me was for an order they sent to NY in March - I ordered this part end of June to be delivered to NH. They were just trying to stretch out the process in hopes that I would give up I'm sure.

So here is a warning to all of you who would like to purchase something from this company - Better Business Bureau gives them an F rating for unresponsiveness. I have seen this first hand.
