"My wife has worn an inexpensive silver pendant necklace for years with no issues. The $300+ pendant I bought from Precious Accents broke off the chain and is lost after 2 months. The pendant was defective and a complete disappointment.

"I ordered a charm almost 3 months ago. The first thing I ever ordered came fast and there were no problems. This one, however, ordered on February 20th, still has not come. I’ve contacted them several times, and once they finally got back to me, they said the item was shipped on their end even though when you look it up my tracking page still says my order is “pending” (and I NEVER GOT IT). They finally answered one of my emails and told me the item I ordered in February is no longer available, and since I didn’t get it, I could order something else (weeks ago), so I picked something out, but I haven’t gotten an answer from them and nothing has been shipped. When I look up my order, it’s still the original item and it says “pending.” I was excited to finally be ahead of the game and get my mother something nice for Mother’s Day way ahead of time, but today I’ll be calling her up and letting her know that despite ordering her something months ago, it’s still not in. Beyond frustrated with this company."
"They couldn’t give me a delivery date. Then all of a sudden they tell me it was delivered days ago. Check with your post office. Shop with Precious Accents if you have money to throw away. "
"I ordered my wife a girt prior to Christmas and it's almost Feb and I still haven't received it. Thankfully I used PayPal and I'm getting my money back over a month later. There certainly has to be better options available, just don't use Precious Accents. Read the other reviews, I'm not the only customer that has been taken by them. "
"I wouldn’t even give that 1 star if I didn’t have to. The WORST experience I’ve ever had by far. The “owner” is unprofessional, rude, and kept lying about not being able to refund me due to my bank filing a dispute claim. I actually had my bank merged into the call and they verified there was no dispute filed yet. She then hung up and tried to call me back upset about me calling my bank without them on the phone but I re-merged the calls. "
"Honestly the worst experience I've ever had ordering on line. I paid for priority shipping - and it took 3 weeks to even ship out and was shipped out in multiple packages!! I had to get priority shipping because these were wedding gifts for my mom. Then once I got the package it was completely wrong and missing items. Their ring sizing is WAY off, I ordered a size up from what I normally wear so I could wear it on my pointer finger - it wouldn't even fit my pinky. One of my packages was returned to sender halfway in transit for some reason, and I still haven't been refunded for that package... its been 3 weeks. They take 5-5 business days to even acknowledge an email and then they still don't resolve the issues that you're trying to address. They're not very polite or concerned either. I will never order from here again. "
"Bought a gold charm for over 200 that ended up being a hollow mold with about $60 worth of gold (2g). Wrote review on their site which they never posted (surprise , surprise) as they screen all reviews probably more carefully than they examine what they are selling. Don't waste your money here.

"I placed a time-sensitive order and paid for express 2-day delivery. It took them 2 days alone just for them to notify me that they did not even have the item in stock. They took my money and didn't even give me an expected date on when they might receive the item in stock. Their email literally stated that they would "have to guess" on when they would receive the item which was 4 weeks later! This company doesn't deserve your money or time. "

I called Precious Accents and without any pronlem they sent me a return label and replaced the bracelet with the size needed. Yes! I would definitely refer someone to their site.
