"Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought two vacuums that were missing parts and discovered that a month later so I called them up and they said they would put it under warranty and give me the parts if I show them pictures. I sent the pictures and then they said because they were used they can’t honor the parts. The killer is the parts are about five dollars or less and they won’t send them to me unless I pay for them. The shipping on the parts is $11. Stupidest company I’ve ever worked with."
