"Placed a small order with them showed parts in stock. Credit card was charged instantly. Got email a week later order was shipped no tracking number was provided. Email them and left messages on phone no one responded. Finally got someone on the phone. He stated that order was returned to them and he would ship it UPS .Here I am 5 weeks and still waiting. Would never order anything from them again."

"I ordered A Flex tool that is hard to get here. They stated the tool was in stock and they would ship immediately and they did. I appreciated their honesty. The customer service and communication were great as I had to change the order.
