"I use the site to host my personal domain, personal pages and database back-ends (php and mySQL). I haven't had any problems with them for the last 5 years (but haven't actually needed customer support yet). The site is fairly fast and hasn't had availability issues. It includes drag-and-drop design and admin interfaces (which I don't use) and a centralized account management system. While I can't vouch for their ability to meet small business needs, it's been great for personal pages."

"This hosting company sucks. I have a small business that sets up basic web sites for small business. I currently have 5 url's hosted with this company and if I could easily change I would.

Dont be luered by the low cost, its simply not worth it. The support sucks, you can't actually use the server space they are selling you, and the server is often very slow.

There support is the crappiest I have ever dealt with. I spent 4.5 hours in their "Online Chat" (7/5/06 from 10:30 to 2:30) only to discover that the only way they could resolve my problem was if I sent them an email support request. Now I have to start all over with a new support person and descirbe my problem from the start. The new person makes me go through all the things that the first person made me do further wasting my time.
