"Placed a small order. Sent an email about 4 weeks later, where's my order? No response. Called several times, couldn't get through even though system said I was next in line-out said they'd call back (Not!). Out of the blue a couple of weeks later, got an email saying my order was cancelled (?). No credit to my card though, so I guess they felt they were entitled to my money. STILL have not heard from the company."
