"I've been using Post Up Stand for many years with different companies. We recently purchased their Budget Retractable Banner Stand with a 90 day warrantee. The banner came off of the stand within the warrantee but I made the mistake and didn't tell them until 99 days. They wouldn't replace the banner without me sending back the actual stand. Long story short, the stand got lost in transit (even though it cost me $40 to mail back) and instead of replacing the entire thing, they wanted to send me back just the reprinted banner (no stand). What's the point of that? I already have the banner that came off of the stand! Customer service was very bad and I would never use them again."
