what happen to Tom but here it is over 2+ years and he is still missed. There's a key difference from a Sales Representative and a Sales order taking. A sales representative looks for ways to help there client to achieve and enhance their marketing goals. A order taker in sales just waits for a client to contact them to place the order and doesn't put any thought into the sale that would help/benefit the client. Calleigh Melchert, is a nice person but is an order taker. I don't mention this to be rude, or to cause her problems with management. But rather to help her get the proper training so she can be of further assistance to all her clients. Again, this is not to be rude, or cause any problems but to let management know how I feel as a client."
