"Does anyone have a phone number for Portafone?"

"So far I am extremely upset. I needed a new cell phone asap and actually paid for quick shipping. My order just says pending on the computer and it is now a week later and I have gotten no response from the company. I have my doubts whether or not I will ever receive the phone."

"I had a bad experience with this company and would not recommend them at all. I ordered a cell phone that was advertised as "in stock and ships same day of order", but I never received the phone. They charged my credit card the day of order however. Ultimately I had to contact my credit card company to let them deal with it because I could not get any response from the company when I asked for a refund after waiting OVER A MONTH to receive the order.

I would stay away from this company, but if you do end up ordering from them, be sure to use a credit card or some form where you can potentially get your money back if things go awry."

"I bought an unlocked phone on Portafone. The description was 1x Motorola Razr v3 Unlocked New. When the package arrived in 8 days, I was very disappointed, as it looked like it was dirt on the keyboard, and box looked like it was a return that was sent through the mail a few times.
There were no dirt, apparently. The keyboard just had some glue or something, so the paint didn't look even. I am not sure what is the story with the phone, but it looked like a new casing, or refurbished, but it looked like a cheap fake.

I contacted the Portafone telling that I am very unhappy, and was prompted the return. Customer service was very good, I even got my return shipment covered.
So, I am left with mixed feelings: very good customer service and the phone I literally hate. I didn't try to turn the phone on, so I cannot comment on that.
