I am a returning customer, who this time paid top $ for OEM batteries for my Dell Lat D830... They DO sell refurbished for half price, but I opted for original parts. The 2ndary CD bay battery was $150.... What was shipped, was scratched, dented, cracked, and had their own stickers on the battery.. not quite like a OEM piece.... What made me look was the fact it wouldnt slide into the bad easily.... Once it did it came up as a failed/nonexistent battery... I called the customer service manager number on my invoice but it is a generic voicemail box with no personally identifiable name of someone who "owns" the position...... ORDER 582779"

"I had an excellent customer service experience with this company. I ordered an AC adapter - placed the order from another country where we were living. I requested it to be shipped to my parents in Pennsylvania who were planning to visit us, and used my inlaws' address for the billing address, since we're using that as our permanent address while out of the country.
The company detected this as possible fraud and emailed me to confirm that it was a legitimate order. I emailed back to say that it was, and then they called my mother for an additional confirmation. This all happened very quickly which allowed the package to still arrive by second day air in time for my parents to bring it to us. The company even emailed back to alert me that they had tracked the package and it had arrived.

"Great service. I ordered an AC adapter for my laptop. It arrived promptly and was as pictured/represented. Unfortunately, I took one part out of the UPS box and didn't realize the second part (the part that plugs into the wall) was also in there. I emailed them about the "missing" part, and then ordered the second part. I got home a few hours later, shook out the UPS box, the other part fell out, and I realized I'd been shipped the entire order and had the part. I emailed them to apologize for the mixup (b/c I had afterall insinuated they'd left out a part) and to ask them to cancel the extra order. They promptly and politely canceled the order and notified me.
I also appreciated the quick order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Would recommend and use this this seller again."
