"my funko pops arrived damaged. terrible packaging. Popcultcha needs to educate themselves on how to package their funko pops with care. they believe using ONLY their thick cardboard box is considered "great packaging" when it is NOT great packaging at all because the funko pops will STILL get damaged through mishandling of packages by the couriers if there is no protection inside it from being double boxed or using bubble wrap like other funko pop sellers use.
even worse, Popcultcha refused to give me a refund and they ONLY give you a replacement damaged box if you make ANOTHER order, which is REALLY messed up. why would i want to make another order when you failed my first order?? their logic makes no sense. i'm uncomfortable doing business with Popcultcha due to their bad ethics and behaviour concerns. terrible service and a bunch of scammers. this is unprofessional and unacceptable. waste of my money that i can never get back.
don't shop here - stick to the funko pop stores that ACTUALLY know what they're doing!! i had one of the worst experiences ever shopping with Popcultcha, so take my word for it and steer clear. if you're a serious funko pop collector like myself who REALLY CARES for the condition of the funko pop box, i highly DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you don't care to waste your money"

They claim it's due to being busy but as a company you should cater for busy periods & surely you'd want to always be busy?
