"Pre-ordered a very limited edition box set from them. Months later release day comes around and still no update. I call them and they tell me to wait a couple of days. I call them a few days later and they say they didn't get enough copies so it's on backorder. I tell them it's sold out and they offer a refund. So at least I got my money back but now I can't get the box set. So never pre-order anything from them. Amateur"

"Advertised release date of Funko Pop as 7/23/2020. Never sent and I had to contact 3 times to finally get a response that said release date is now 9/7/2020. All the other reputable retailers released the Funko Pop so these guys are not being honest. I wonder how many times I will have to contact them to get the order cancelled? Waste of time and disappointed teen."

"I've made several purchases from pop market last year and this year. I received a defective beach boys album ( sound only from right speaker) I contacted customer service they promised a replacement or refund, both which I have yet to see. They have been contacted several times via email. Still waiting for that replacement or refund. Be cautious buying from pop market you will get no help if you have any problems. And of course they have no phone number. 1 star is too good I would have given them 0 if it was an option.
