"The pool light was received 2-3 months after being order. I called a number of times and was told the manufactory was out due to the holidays and they haven’t filled the order. I decided to call the manufactory direct and was told they were off 2 days due to Christmas and 1 day for New Year’s. They advised the product is on back order (that’s why it wasn’t shipped) and wouldn’t be in until February. If this was just told to me when I called Pool Supply I would have understood and wouldn’t have been checking the status daily like a crazy person.
I will say when the product arrived the videos and the instructions were perfect. I had the new light installed well under an hour. It lights up the pool great (I was scared I wouldn’t be bright enough) and the remote is a great feature.

However, after 6 days received shipping notice and robot landed in a total of 8 days. Love my Dolphin and chalking this up to Covid issue. "
"I do not recommend this company. Poor customer service, no follow up at all. You have to call like 20x for someone to actually pick up the phone. I ordered a pool 2 months ago. I received no shipment confirmation when it was shipped back in May, pool was sent back to the warehouse because freight company somehow had the wrong number for me so they were not able to set up delivery. I had to reach out directly to Blue Wave Products CEO to get my pool and resolve the issue that Pool Supply Unlimited could not resolve. As the dealer they should have been on top of this situation...i received shipment confirmation once the pool had already made it back to the warehouse. Had they sent shipping information out on time or followed up on my order perhaps this could have been avoided. I spent hours reaching out to UPS, Pool Supply, and Blue Wave. No one ever bothered to call me back from Pool Supply with updates or resolution. When I called the customer service rep he blames Coronavirus.. no we can't blame everything on Coronavirus. Beware of their poor practices"
