"I've used pool supplies Canada on 3 separate occasions in the past 3 years. Pool liner and main drains/fittings the first time, filter head (Hayward) the second time, and my gas pool heater this time.
EVERY TIME the products are quick, well wrapped, and delivered in good condition. I don't know if they always use day/Ross shipping but the driver who brought my heater to my garage last night was top notch. "Purchased a Underwater Light and Fountain equipment. The fountain does not work, only the lights. Filled out the return form with all the info requested and now they want more crap sent to them before I get my money refunded. Absolute disgusting treatment of their customers. The POS they sold me was in the pool for 5 minutes and would not work and I even sent them a photo of the item which doesn't even have a scratch on it. The reviews are terrible for this POS company."

"Experience and support from Pool Canada gets 5 stars. Element pool design gets 1 star. Design works better if you are burying the under pool supports in the ground, but no one does that anymore, as we all put crusher dust down to create a level base. This creates a lot of issues when joining the side columns. Second issue were some of the screws provided. If it had a 6 sided head on it, any amount of torque either by power drill or hand, would snap the heads off. Very frustrating. "

I purchased a complete filtration sysytem and paid 40 % less than the estimated p[rice from other stores and sites.
I had to return a defective part and i've contacted the after sale service and the service supervisor responded quickly and explained clearly what I have to do and i've received confirmation the next day that they will send me a new part free of charge.
