"Do not shop through polywood-furniture.com. They are theifs. I ordered over 5k in furniture and they didn’t send the entire order. Claimed to send the missing pieces but never did. Customer service does not care at all. This company is a joke. Buyers beware. "
"Customer service with this company is pretty much non-existant. Called their customer service department several times and also e-mailed too which I never received acknowledgment. I was shorted (2) pieces of the table I ordered. It took the BBB getting involved to receive my missing parts. Buyer Beware!!!"
