"I was referred to pololu by a colleague, so I had high hopes.
I purchased several items such as motors, wheels, power regulators and a small chassis kit.
Prices were high, so I expected the part would be good quality. Unfortunately they were not.
To keep details short, many parts were not to standard, and did not perform as advertised.
The quality was what I'd expect from cheap Chinese knockoffs, so you're better off buying from somewhere cheaper like amazon or aliexpress.
Customer Support was unhelpful and did not refund me or send replacements.
I am very disappointed, especially because their parts are so expensive.

Will not be buying from pololu again.
Anyone reading this I'd suggest purchasing robotics parts elsewhere!
