"PolarisUSA didn't follow through; they had great sales service and worked hard to meet technical specs before the sale, but had poor return or exchange customer service. I've owned six businesses, so I like trying to do business with other small firms. I've learned when you experience problems after the sale, that's when a real rating starts. PolarisUSA refused to answer emails or fix the problems ...bottom line = failed. If they want a strong web presence they will need to put on their big-person pants and deal with issues after the sale as well as before. I would recommend finding a more reputable company that focuses on follow-through and building long-term relations with their customers."

"I bought a dozen cameras over the period of a few weeks about five and a half years ago and had a good experience then so when time and weather finally killed a few, I came back.
