"I was on a forum, and another member who claimed he was a hertz/audison rep named Al Patel and authorized reseller sold me a pair of MLK165. I paid him via Paypal and he shipped them to me. I had an issue with one of the mids and sent it back for a replacement. He claims I "blew" the speaker and is refusing to replace and refusing to send my own speaker back to me. These guys are crooks. I know a lot of members (over 40) that bought their systems from this authorized online reseller. I never thought hertz could stoop this low and authorize a garage selling criminal. Please help. I would rate them a negative 5 stars if I could."
