I spoke with Mary Anne on the phone and she was incredibly helpful. Knew the product details and was able to answer questions easily. Will definitely shop with them again."

"Beware of this store's RETURNS policy! Their returns information page starts with "At pokkadots.com our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee." Six paragraphs down, after their address, there is a single line stating that "We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale". I made the mistake of ordering a backpack from then "on sale" and then found that my daughter's notebooks didn't fit in it. The item was only 10% on sale, and there was no big warning in the checkout that this was a FINAL SALE item and now I am stuck with an item I can't use. Carissa at customer service was rigid and unsympathetic and refused to accept a return on this unused item, and I am certainly not "100% satisfied" with this store. I recommend you shop with a site that cares more about its customers."
