"I purchased an Exquisite brand rug from Plush Rugs on February 6th and was beyond thrilled with the quality. In May my 12 lb dog threw up on the rug and I attempted to clean the spot after I read the instructions listed on the back of the rug. The instructions stated that the rug should be professionally cleaned. Because the rug had metallic fibers in the makeup of it there was a horrible chemical reaction that spread to the entire rug turning my beautiful silver rug into a horrible rust color. I contacted Plush Rugs and provided photos as well. They told me that they were not willing to do anything to fix the situation. I reached out to Exquisite Rugs as well and did not receive any reply after multiple attempts. I paid over $1700 for the run only to have it be beyond repair 3 months later with no assistance from the company. What was a small spot of doggie illness from a 12lb dog caused a chemical reaction to the entire rug that is now ruined beyond repair. I have multiple photos and after many requests for assistance, I am hopeful that sharing my story will keep someone else from losing their money like I did. "
