"I've had 2 years of bad service from Plusnet. I am reminded of the throw back days when a company could get away with keeping it's customers at arms length - using long call waits (30 mins) endless 10 day line reset, countless emails that do nothing. This is a dinosaur of a company that shows no care or interest in it's customers."
