"Ordered balcony drain from them. Was told it was backordered & given est. ship date. The ship date got pushed back twice (now to ~2 months delayed), then simply forgotten (it came and went with no contact). I called and was told they'd check into and get back to me; got no call. I emailed to cancel the order multiple times; got not response. Finally called to cancel; we'll see if that sticks. Great selection, but if they can't actually ship anything, it doesn't do much good. I doubt I'd order again."
