The problem was that my water heater never showed up, after several weeks of waiting (with no communication) I finally called their customer service number. I was very relieved when someone actually answered, they said that the product I was looking for was damaged and now out of stock.?? I was thankful that they refunded my purchase in full. Of course, I checked back on their website some time after and it still shows the product available. I would recommend shopping elsewhere."
