"We order all our large format paper and ink supplies from Plotter Paper. We have been very happy with the pricing, quality, and service.

On a recent order, FedEx left our packages outside our door on a Friday night at 5:45 pm (we share a parking lot with I Hop). When we arrived on Monday, they were had been taken. We did not realize the order had gone missing until a few days later, when we checked online to see where our order was. By then we were almost out of large format paper.

Plotter Paper immediately sent a duplicate order with expedited shipping at no extra charge to get us our paper as soon as possible. Even though it was the shipping company's mistake in judgement that caused our problem, Plotter Paper made the correction as painless as possible.
