"Custom support is non existant"
"I ordered 2 pair of shoes size Women 7.5, received Men size 7.5. The owner and and the workers there seem to be lazy, the shoes come with 2 different sizes for Men and Women, and they only put one size, and don't bother to put different sizes for men and women. I emailed them couple times, no response. I called them, after couple days, they gave me a returned label, with no emails, no comments.
I returned the shoes back, after them receiving them, and it's been 4 days, I still received no refunds. Their business ****, people are lazy, and don't care about the customers. Order somewhere else, it's a mess and they have a no care attitude."
"Well over a month after making my initial purchase and I still hadn't received the merchandise I ordered. So, I contacted their "customer service" and was lied to and given the cold shoulder. I am currently in the process of having Paypal get my funds back from these thieves. Please heed my warning...go anywhere else for your apparel and accessory needs! BUYER BEWARE!"
"Don't do it!!!!! Haven't received my items that I ordered back in January. Can't call as their phones have been down and are still down. You have individuals replying to SOME emails but they don't understand what they're doing. I wasted over $150 -I have yet to receive my items or be refunded. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF"
"This store is absolutely awful. The first time I ordered from them was the only time I received my stuff from them. But I only got 2 out of 3 items. Just a few weeks ago, I decided to give it another try by ordering 5 more hoodies. Guess what, after two weeks of processing my orders, plndr cancelled all of them. I don't think i've been refunded yet. Don't bother ordering stuff as it's a complete waste of time."
"This website is the worst! Discount name brand clothing that takes over a month just to process your order!!
Then takes another month to ship your product and when it's arrives it's the wrong sweatshirt so you have to go through the whole process return and wait another whole month for your new sweatshirt!
This website is ridiculous! I ordered my sweatshirt back in November and its almost February and I still haven't received my correct order! Have contacted their customer service and email and they asked for my tracking information which was never give. To me! I can't even track when my package is coming unless I email them or call and wait 15 minutes on hold!
I rather not deal with all this work just for a sweatshirt "
"I should have NEVER had to send this email. I would never order anything from Plndr.com I have had nothing but trouble actually receiving merchandise from Plndr. This order was what my son wanted for Christmas from his grandparents. He placed the order 12/3/14 and received 3 of the 7 items 12/9/14. A week before Christmas I called Plndr's "Customer NON-service" department and was told that they had been having difficulty getting the "presale" ordered products out to customers but that my son's products were in the warehouse and we would definitely receive them before Christmas. It was very disappointing to have to tell my parents that all the gifts they bought my son for Christmas would not be available for them to give him on Christmas. I wasn't overly concerned since I knew my parents were staying with us until January 2, 2015 giving the items an extra week to get to us. When that date passed I knew we had another 8 days because my parents would be coming back January 10, 2015. My disappointment was elevated when they left January 12, 2015 to return to Texas. Then on Wednesday 1/14/15 my son received an email from Plndr stating that his remaining items have been shipped and can be tracked through UPS. My son called me later on the night of the 14th asking if his products had been delivered I said no, because I had just spoke with Plndr's "Customer NON-service" department earlier that day and was told that the products had shipped that day. I asked my son to forward the email to me. After clicking on the UPS Tracking link provided in the email I was very confused because the link indicated that the package had been delivered Tuesday, the day before. It wasn't until I reread the UPS information and realized that the delivery date was Tuesday, 12/9/14 and that Plndr had provided the link and tracking information from the first 3 items that were indeed delivered on 12/9/14. I sent this email back to Plndr and asked for a correct UPS Tracking link. What Plndr sent me on 1/16/15 was NOT a LINK to UPS, but just the correct tracking number with the current delivery scheduled for Tuesday 1/20/15. I do not expect to actually receive the package and would still like to have the UPS link so that I can monitor the progress myself. Assuming we do receive the package on 1/20/15 that means it took 49 days/7 weeks/1.63 months to receive the merchandise my son ordered for Christmas. I'm VERY unimpressed by PLNDR's support."
"TERRIBLE! I ORDERED ITEMS 12/7/14, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT TOWARDS THE END OF DEC. IT WAS NEVER SENT FINALLY I REACHED OUT TO THEM 1/11/15 (SUNDAY)TO GET A RESPONSE SAYING IT SHOULD BE SENT OUT BY THE END OF THE WEEK. That being said, I ordered six shirts. Two of the shirts were not the same as pictured on the plndr site, they were missing the back print.

As a purchaser I can only assume that these shirts come with both back and front print, as that is what is pictured. They only have the front print. I let them know about this, they should not have those extra pictures of the product up if that is not what they're actually selling. The links I provided may be gone/changed by the time you read this, humble purchaser. I let them know on 1/2/15. As I write this review on 1/10/15, they have not changed.
I got all these shirts at a heavy discount and all were quality, fit well, and shipped quickly. It was not worth shipping the two shirts back as I am 51% pleased with them (this would be 100% if product shown was delivered). I will be more wary in the future of what I'm actually getting here, though.
I give this a 4/5 star but it's leaning more towards a 3.5/5
