"I ordered a Stuffed Manatee on May 4, 2009, using paypal, the order went through immediatly and I got confirmation of that, but I did not pay the extra to have them process the shipping right away. I have emailed multiple times and have got no response on if this was ever shipped or will ever be. I have also tried calling but the number in the email to call is disconnected. Even if they do get back to me and ship the item it was not worth the amount of trouble I have received. I would never purchase from this company again."

"I am very disappointed with the experience or non-experience I have had with this company. I had ordered a 50th Anniversary Collectors Edition 12" Smurf back in June. It is now the end of November and I still have not received the product. I realize when I purchased the item that it was a pre-order and that I would have to wait. Six months and still going strong. Attempts to contact this company have failed via phone and email. It has been very frustrating waiting for the item while other merchandisers had it in stock. I had to purchase the smurf from another company.I am still out the money I spent on this one. I hope that noone else has to go through this. "
