"I listed my video game collection on eBay and they made TWO purchases from me within a week. He opened a return on BOTH of the orders. The first order he claimed was damaged, but the item was listed in "Used - Good" condition and the damage he claimed was clearly shown in our pictures. The second order he claimed was defective which this item we purchased new and was the only owner. Awaiting the receiving of both items, but we have blocked them from buying from us in the future. We even sent them messages asking questions about the returns and they never responded to any of them."

I believed them to be used, which was ok with me. The price was right, and the fact that they were the original manufacturer and not a knock off brand was even better.
