"Placed and order for Halloween, paid extra for overnight shipping. Never received a shipping confirmation, I started sending emails no answer, finally they answered telling me the item had been delivered unfortunately I never received the package. So package was stolen? I have sent e mails every day since Nov 4 and they have responded maybe a handful of times however nothing has been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE"
"After placing an order on their site during the labor day sale on September 4th, I have yet to receive an email about the processing of my order nor the shipping. It has been two weeks. I asked them when will my order shipped and they told me they are unsure because they have a lot of orders to fulfill and that I could cancel or wait. I told them to cancel my order on September 9th. Now a week goes by and after sending another email today they told me my order will ship soon and I cannot cancel it at this point?? Make it make sense and do not be an dishonest company and go back on your word. Now I do not even want this order if they ship it out, I believe they are an evil scamming company. "I ordered one thing... somehow my order had 2 despite first confirmation only showing one. This also happened to at least 20 other people. They told me I could return both and get a refund (then reorder) or pay for both. Unfortunately, I need the item now so I don't have a choice"
