"Ordered Fifa 19, I've still not received the game more than 15 hours later.
Opened a support ticket to ask when i could expect it (longest i've ever waited for a key before was an hour).
Went back into my account an hour ago and the order & support ticket have completely disapeared as if they were never made with no email to explain what's happened, looks like they've taken my money and then vanished.

Can't open another ticket as it forces you to select an order...which they've deleted.
Sent them a tweet as their linked FB and instagram are down and surprise surprise...no response."
