"I think they might be just fine if you're ordering one or 2 boxes at a time but not a good fit if you need a large quantity. If you just want to order something online probably going to work out well for you. But my experience as a large volume buyer was less than adequate. It's a real shame, I think they need new or better management or their management needs to hire new customer service or retrain their customer service. If you're a large volume buyer, there are plenty of other suppliers out there that will give you good rates and actually have customer service reps that follow up with you."

"Am pleased with two things: (a) Availability to order and try "samples" of products before placing orders for large quantities of your products. (b) Wide variety of plastic products with good detailed descriptions of each product. Am disappointed on a few things: (a) Items in package received did NOT agree with items listed on sales receipt as those items shipped. (b) Package received was open and at first suspected some sample items ordered may have been lost enroute to me. (c) Not all Items listed on brochures received appear available on your website, ergo there is confusion on availability, specs and pricing of some items on brochures vs your website."
