"Staff had trouble printing shipping label so sent the plants to somewhere else without contacting me. I was charged more for the shipping change without my notification. Company won't pay me back for the extra shipping charge that occurred from their mistake. The plants were nothing to brag about. Because they were sent to another address they spent more time in a HOT vehicle so they melted. There are other much better places to get aquarium plants, and I have those to compare. I won't be buying from this company again."

"I just received my plants and they are outstanding! Many of them already have roots and will be even easier to plant. The plants were professionally packaged with each bundle clearly identified. They also shipped at light speed!! They were super-easy to communicate with unlike the bigger suppliers. I asked for some additional marking on each bundle and they were quick to comply. Please don't have any doubts about this company because it's not splashed all over the internet! The plants that I received were simply outstanding and I intend to do all my future plant purchases from them. "
"Great place, great selection of fresh water fish; but worst customer service. The owner, Miriam, should not be the first person you encounter. Seems sad, depressed, lazy, angry and frustrated. She ignores customers, and makes you feel as if buying a fish from her is a favor she is doing you. I will not shop there again. Also, she seldom gets up from her chair, seems bothered when she tries to help you. She rather point to the product."

"Bought 35.00 worth of plants for 1 of my tanks, and the experience was terrible. Upon arriving to my home all the plants were smashed together in 1 package, as apposed to being individually wrapped. Most leaves had fallen off of the plants, and the stems were completely rotted on several of the stem plants. The hygrophila had no leaves left attached. The order of moss was 2x2, but was smashed with something heavy to get it that size. Imagine a rolling pin being used to stretch and flatten something out o get it to a certain size. Upon bringing it to the sites attention, Iwas informed it took an extra day to arrive, and since I had not taken pictures in the 4 hours alotted they were not willing to do anything about the issue. I have a job and it was not possible to take pictures in 4 hours , but that did not matter. I have bought plants online a few times, you never get quite what you are expecting from my experience, but most will give an extra plant or work with you to meet expectations Planted Aquarium Central was not in the least bit accomodating and made it sound like it was all my fault and the post office. They basically responded with a screw you. Please consider this when contimplating making an order with Planted Aquarium Central. There are cetainly friendlier more accomodating and better valued sites out there. "
