"I'm a general contractor in Oregon and Plantcontainers.com was specified on one of our projects, we had to send them a $4,300 deposit in October of 2015, it is now March 2016 and they will not send the containers or our deposit back.

This company is a shell to SCAM people. "

"Ordered and paid for four plant containers. After five weeks without receiving the product and having followed up with customer service twice, we cancelled the order. The items were later shipped anyway, but to the wrong address. We provided the correct address with the initial order. During a third call to customer service, we were told it was our responsibility to locate the missing items and ship them back to the company. Two months later the matter is still not resolved with PlantContainers.com. Meanwhile we ordered four plant containers from another online seller and received the items in only three days. What a great experience that was!"
