"Excellent online store and great customer service. I bought a Goretex jacket two years ago and recently one of the toggles regulating the hood came off and got lost. I contacted them and they managed to get the part from the manufacturer and mailed it to me. Customer service doesn't get better than this. Their gear selection is also top notch."
