"Placed on order for a TV lamp based on the database selections on the website, and received the bulb quickly. unfortunately, the housing for the bulb did not fit all the way in my TV. It appears they sent the right model lamp based on the other websites' database selections, but I think Samsung may have given the wrong information for my TV.

In any event, they sent me paid postage to return it, and worked with me to try and solve the issue. Kim, from customer service was awesome to deal with. I may not have gotten the lamp for my TV, but I was impressed enough to not hesitate to order from them in the future."
