"This is regarding a global service for GSM mobile phones. I would like to submit a comment about a reseller named John Dulaney who operates out of a number of websites including www.quantumstar.com and planetomni.com. He and his planetomni.com website deliberately mislead the customer into believing that with $38.90 and a phone the customer can buy $38.90 of calling minutes. Rather, for $38.90 I only received $10 of calling time.

However the problem was not simply a $28.90 misunderstanding. Dulaney promises customer assistance, but he refused to provide it. He persistently interrupted my questions and simply yelled at me to read the materials and go back to his website. His website is totally confusing and full of very fine print. I do not recommend this dealer at all. On the other hand, the tech support provided by Telestial Service was very good, after a long wait to get through.
