My gps unit was not responding and he was very rude and giving me middle finger emoji’s not a company to do business with. If you buy from them and you experience any issues, you will be sworn that threatened with slander and cut off and blocked from their WhatsApp account like they did to me I do not recommend this company. "I have never been more unsatisfied with an online purchase than from Planet Gps .The price was good so I bought a garmin auto navigation kit. They have no phone number just fax and email .So I placed the order and gave very clear instructions that I only wanted the most up to date version of garmin map software v6.And that I did not want any older version. They send me v5, which is very out of date and lacks up to date road, location and navigation features. When I emailed about returning it .I was told to get an update cd from the manufacturer. This is not what I ordered now every time I install my software I have to do many extra steps with a update cd that I have not even gotten yet .I would never do business with Planet Gps I wasted my time and hard earned money on outdated software that I told them I DID NOT WANT."
