"I had to say that my orders were CD-Rom games and it arrived in great condition. The prices are 10% lower than retail prices. The shipping weren't all that bad except for the prices when it gone more than $5 per item. That would be on the UPS. Also the site doesn't always get more items in stock. It would be very disappointing and the customer service was decent when I email about my order as it took more than a week. Also the selection is not that big than some other places."
