"I ordered a Pinguino portable air conditioning unit which arrived in a damaged condition. The extent of the damage was not fully discovered until after the 30 day warrranty expired, but explained the circumstances why it wasn't discovered that the unit wasn't fully functional. The company has not expressed any interest at all in correcting or addressing the problem. They continually site that it is beyond their 30 day replacement policy and will not take any action."
