We have a landline and cell phones yet our home is in a dead zone - sketchy cell signal. I've been using PINGO for years and have NEVER had a problem. The rates are great, the features they offer make using PINGO a sinch! I just recently decided to download the PINGO EZ Dial software on my Iphone and now have the convenience of using my PINGO account on my cell phone and call France all the time for cheap. If you're not using PINGO - you should honestly just give it a try... I personally have not regretted doing so and I love the cheap rates! "
"Absolutely pathetic company. DO NOT buy any services from them. Bought a $20 calling card, 2 months later my account is still inactive and despite numerous calls, voicemails and emails to customer service I have not received a refund. Even though it was paid for by Paypal, paypal says they cant dispute this kind of transaction (whatever the hell that means). Scam of a company....stay away!"
"I tried using this company to make a phone call to Ecuador. I was able to connect once after calling customer service. I tried several times a day for the next week and called customer service 5 times with no success. This is a complete scam."
