So, you are under the impression it is new. @ $58.00 delivered its only a fair price, but hey, I get the router and its refurbished... that is BS... they hide the refurbished comment way down the screen you need to scroll to see it. Just classless BS..."

"I searched online for a hidden camera from a company I could somewhat trust. I read many reviews and this one seemed to have a decent review. So I ordered the camera from Pinecomputer. When the part arrived it was wrong. I actually needed the part he had given me so I called to see how much the part cost and I also wanted to get the part that I originally ordered. I called calm and Alex answered the phone. He stated how could he do this and was very sorry for the mixup and said he would send out the correct part free of charge two day shipping later today. That's not it... After offering my credit card for the purchase of the wrong but wanted part, he said, "keep it."
Man... I've never had a company go above and beyond what was originally paid for.

I will do business with this company again... Permitting the correct part arrives within the next two days... I'll keep you posted"

"I believe this was only the second time I made a purchase from Pine Computer. This time I bought two IR Wireless mini-keyboard sets... made by Sejin. They were only $18 apiece. With tax and shipping, the total came to $25 apiece. I received the keyboards less than 48 hours after I placed the order... and I had not requested any type of express shipping. The keyboards were very good quality, and the service from Pine Computer was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

"Paid for new items and recieved used product. Ordered three (3) MS Trackball Mouse part# d67-00001 and 1 of the 3 received was used and not working. Emailed complaint with pictures the same day of delivery telling Alex I want a new and working replacement. Alex responded saying to ship item back with the email included. Received a phone call later by store employee saying item is used. I thought, "Exactly, my complaint." Finally got Alex on the phone and he accuses me of switching. Alex tells me the same thing I said in my complaint email: left click button and palm rest worn with use - not new item. Alex gets angry and says he will refund for one mouse.

I inquired about the condition before the purchase and Alex stated the store received mishandled boxes from their supplier and that the contents of boxes are checked for working order. I inquired because this trackball is sold as refurbished at other places. I thought checking for workig condition is fine, but apparently, pinecomputer has REFURBISHED ITEMS BEING PASSED AS NEW.

I have Alex's emails and comparison pictures to show as proof if pinecomputer wants me to fight this dispute with my credit card company.
