"I can’t even begin to say how angry I am about the piñata I got here. I regret not looking up the reviews before buying, but was so impressed by the pictures on their website I went against my better judgement.
I sent them images and explanations of what I wanted, which was similar to one on their website. They then said the design I wanted counted as TWO piñatas and would have to pay an additional $100 for it! So I said no thanks and just ordered a monster truck and sent 4 detailed images.
If only I could post an image here. I am fuming that I paid $130 for the garbage I received! The monster truck looked warped, cardboard showing in some areas, used marker on construction paper!, and didn’t have any of the identifying details of the specific monster truck picture I sent. On top of that, they didn’t send the stick and blindfold I paid extra for!
When I emailed them about it they said they did it based on my image and “it looks perfect”. Are you kidding me!?? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This place is a scam! They post professional looking piñatas on their website and send you cheap way overpriced ones, and don’t refund your money on the guise that it’s “custom made”! "
"Do not order from this company, there is no one there, and they are most likely out of business or about to be. Try calling the customer service number, you will get instant voicemail.
They never shipped our order, and of course charged right away. I could never reach anyone either by mail or email for a refund. I ended doing a charge back."
"Dreadful customer service! They shipped the incorrect costume-childs size rather than adult. I called several times, no one ever answers. Also sent an email, no response. Eventually spoke to someone who idenitified themself as management. She was very curt, bordering on rude. She made no apology and promised to ship the correct item. I hope this will actually happen. I would not recommend this vendor, nor will I ever purchase from them again."
"I shopped pinatas.com because they had the largest selection of pull-string pinatas I could find anywhere. I ordered one lion pinata. I got an email confirmation immediately and another email confirming the order had shipped the next day. The pinata arrived via UPS within 5 days of placing the order, and it is absolutely adorable. The quality is better than I expected.
I would buy from this merchant again. As a hint, there are 10% off coupon codes floating around out there on the couponing sites.

"I ordered 2 pinatas from Pinatas.com (actually Momspartysupply.com which is their discount store). I paid $9.71 per pinata and $28.95 for 2 day shipping. My total was $48.37. I was charged ANOTHER $20 on my visa bill and when I called about it, they told me that it was because I chose 2 day shipping and that I actually should have been charged $40 because I ordered two pinatas. So, according to them, I should have been charged $88.37 for two pinatas that cost $9.71 each. That is a total of $68.95 for shipping. OUTRAGEOUS! "
